Our team has experience founding two start-up ERP software developers, computer hardware suppliers and IT professional services providers which were scaled to be Industry leaders and later sold. Our expertise extends to sourcing, qualifying, negotiating, and closing complex global IT carve-outs and managed services agreements encompassing a wide array of technological assets, including data centers, servers, cloud hosting, desktops/laptops, voice/data networks, help desk services, ERPs, databases, web software, email, and messaging. Moreover, AIA has conducted valuation assessments for more than 40 IT service and software development entities, meticulously analyzing historical financial data, pinpointing potential EBITDA enhancements, and proposing enhancements to financial statements, cash flow, and operational procedures. Furthermore, AIA has been honored with invitations to speak at various industry conferences.

Don has an 18-year winning track record as Founder and CEO of two start-up system
integrators that emerged as industry leaders. In 2000, he divested his businesses to join the rapidly-expanding global outsourcing marketplace. Since that date, Don has personally sourced, negotiated and closed some of the largest and most complex global awards in the industry. He is an Advisor to One Equity Partners (formerly JP Morgan Chase), a leading private equity firm where he sources investments and acquisitions for the Senior Managing Directors, and works with the Investment Committee in creative ways to rapidly grow revenues and improve the operating margins of their ITO/BPO portfolio companies. Don has also served on the Boards of several middle-market BPO service providers, preparing the business for divestiture.
WYATT POTTER

Wyatt has devoted his career to offering guidance on buy-side and sell-side transactions, as well as growth strategies within the Business Services sector. He has been involved in over 40 Business Services and Software deals. Wyatt has also acted as an Advisor to the Board for various mid-market global IT and BPO service providers. In this role, he has assisted with sourcing, negotiation, and closure of tuck-in acquisitions, and managed corporate carveouts with Fortune 1000 companies. For AIA, he implemented a structured deal review process that increased success rates.
